About Skiing in Morzine

Morzine is a traditional mountain village in the heart of the vast skiing area of the Portes du Soleil, linking 14 French and Swiss resorts and provides 650 kms of pistes offering some of the best snowboarding and skiing in the Alps, all on one ski pass. You can ski to Switzerland and back in a day, still having time for lunch in one of the many excellent mountain restaurants. There is plenty of skiing for all standards with views of Mont Blanc and as far as Lake Geneva. As well as having a good selection of shops, bars & nightclubs, there is also an indoor ice rink and two cinemas.

There are also great kids facilities including Le Club des Piou Piou, run by the ESF (Ecole de Ski Francais), caters for beginner skiers between the ages of 3 -12, L'Outa creche, which caters for children from 2 months - 6 years and is open from 9.00am - 5.30pm and various possibilities for in-house childcare.
